Our boots are made with the same care and consideration that goes into our legendary headwear, resulting in the ultimate mix of heel-to-toe comfort, rugged durability, and timeless western style. Crafted in the bootmaking capital of León, Mexico—where the tradition of creating frontier-ready leather footwear dates back to the mid-17th century— each pair takes approximately 40 hours and 200 individual steps to complete. They are lasted, stitched and tooled entirely by hand, using high-quality leathers that will develop an attractive patina over time and welt construction that allows them to be resoled as needed. Equally fit for days on the range or nights on the town, they’re made to go the extra mile.
Designed for stability and comfort while wrangling calves, rugged roper-style boots have more support around the ankle than traditional western boots, along with a shorter heel. The Cassidy Roper Boot features a León Bay Apache distressed cowhide vamp and 10” corded shaft. It has a wide R toe—a classic all-purpose style that also dresses up well—and a 1 ⅜” walking heel. Its quality construction includes single welt soles, premium leather lining and a removable Tru-X insole that ensures comfort and support in every step.
